Federal judge tosses Trump administration's antisemitism suit against Harvard

A federal judge dismissed the Justice Department's antisemitism lawsuit against Harvard University on Thursday. The judge ruled that campus hostility following the October 2023 Hamas slaughter of Israelis was too isolated to prove Harvard has been violating federal civil rights law.
