Federal judge rules Bill Essayli unlawfully serving as de facto US attorney in California

Federal Judge Otis Wright ruled that Bill Essayli is unlawfully serving as a de facto U.S. attorney in California. Essayli stated that the Supreme Court will ultimately decide his fate following the ruling.
