Federal judge reinforces block against Trump mail-in voting restrictions

U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani reinforced a block against a U.S. Postal Service executive order on mail-in voting. The order directed the agency to only supply mail-in ballots to states providing lists of eligible voters.
