Federal judge delays a mifepristone lawsuit until after midterms

Federal judge Reed O'Connor granted the Department of Justice's request to delay a lawsuit seeking to revoke the Food and Drug Administration's approval of the abortion pill mifepristone. The lawsuit is now paused until after the midterm elections.
