Donald Trump sued over $100,000-a-month early-access offer to Truth Social posts

The Intercept and the Freedom of the Press Foundation filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump and his aides alleging that his $100,000-a-month early-access subscription offer for Truth Social posts constitutes an attempt to sell privileged access to information generated in his official capacity. The suit was filed in the U.S. district court for the southern district of New York.
