Disney’s ABC sues FCC over Trump admin’s alleged ‘retaliatory campaign’ to silence its lefty shows

ABC, owned by Disney, has sued the FCC in federal court over an alleged retaliatory campaign by the Trump administration to silence its programming. The lawsuit seeks a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction on the FCC's review of eight of Disney's broadcast licenses.
