Democrats’ view of Trump’s first term improves in retrospect, poll finds

Democrats' view of the state of American democracy in 2020 improved in retrospect, according to a new poll. The survey found that ratings of American democracy in 2020 rose by eight points compared to similar surveys conducted that year.
