Democrats urge appeals court not to overturn mifepristone regulations

Congressional Democrats filed an amicus brief urging a federal appeals court to retain Food and Drug Administration regulations for prescribing abortion pills. The brief asks the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit not to reinstate an in-person dispensing requirement for mifepristone.
