Democrats hold 11-point lead over GOP on congressional ballot: Poll 

Democrats hold an 11-point lead over Republicans on a generic congressional ballot according to an Emerson College Polling survey. The survey found Democrats leading 53 percent to 42 percent on the ballot test.
