Democrats challenge postmaster general on legality of USPS monitoring mail-in ballots

Postmaster General David Steiner told a congressional panel that under President Trump's mandate, the Postal Service will not deliver mail-in ballots in states that refuse to provide lists of voters who received them. Democrats on the panel challenged the legality of the Postal Service monitoring mail-in ballots.
