Congressional candidate arrested after viral Maui beach brawl video

Longshot Democratic congressional candidate Kirill Basin was arrested following an altercation at a Maui beach ahead of the Democratic primary in Hawaii’s 2nd Congressional District. The incident occurred ahead of the August 8 primary where Basin is challenging two-term Rep. Jill Tokuda.
