Chinese national in blue state charged with illegally voting in federal election under another man's name: DOJ

Yupeng Sun, a Chinese national, was charged with illegally voting in a federal election in Massachusetts using another person's name. Sun also allegedly registered the victim to vote and subsequently reported him to immigration authorities.
