Challenger with same name as Alaska U.S. Sen. Dan Sullivan sues to stay on ballot

A man with the same name and party affiliation as Alaska Republican U.S. Sen. Dan Sullivan challenged a decision by a top state elections official to disqualify his candidacy. The challenge seeks to keep the man on the August primary ballot.
