Bystander injured in shooting near White House pursuing legal claim against Secret Service

Attorneys for Benjamin Del Real, Jr., stated they will file an administrative claim against the Secret Service alleging negligence in a shooting incident. Del Real, a Kansas man, was injured during a shootout between Secret Service agents and an unrelated individual near the White House in the spring.
