Brouillette: Strait Control Is Iran's "Nuclear Weapon"

Former US Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette stated that Iran's control of the Strait of Hormuz is a "nuclear weapon" and that ships are not moving through it at normal levels. He warned that prolonged disruption could establish a higher floor for oil prices due to an added risk premium.
