Bipartisan pair of senators urge Rubio to release aid to African women, children at risk of Ebola

Senators Jeanne Shaheen and Lisa Murkowski have urged Senator Marco Rubio to release $608 million in family planning funds. The funds are intended for women and children at risk of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda.
