Biden-appointed judge blocks Trump immigration policy which suspended visa processing from 75 countries

U.S. District Judge Jeannette Vargas set aside a policy suspending visa processing from 75 countries. The judge, an appointee of former President Joe Biden, ruled the policy was contrary to law and in excess of statutory authority.
