Beshear asks McConnell to ‘verbally address’ constituents or resign

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear asked Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to either "verbally address" his constituents or resign. The governor also wrote to Senate Majority Leader John Thune requesting an investigation into McConnell's condition following his hospitalization.
