Are the Russians coming?

The Hill reported that European capitals are growing fearful that Russian President Vladimir Putin's path to victory in Ukraine may lie through the Baltic States. This comes as Kyiv's fortress in eastern Ukraine remains impenetrable and ahead of Russian Duma elections.
