Appeals court rejects Trump bid to curb mail-in voting in 23 states

A federal appeals court declined to allow the Trump administration to implement its executive order tightening rules for mail-in voting in 23 states. The court rejected the administration's request to lift an injunction secured by several Democratic-led states from a lower-court judge who found parts of the order unconstitutional.
