Alligator Alcatraz held detainees in cages the size of phone booths, DHS watchdog says

The Department of Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General reported that detainees at Florida's "Alligator Alcatraz" federal immigration jail were held in outside metal cages the size of phone booths. The report stated this practice does not align with standards for humane treatment before the facility was shuttered.
