Allen Doesn't See 'Imminent Return To Negotiations' With Iran

Michael Allen, former special assistant to President George W. Bush, stated the US economic pressure campaign against Iran is targeting its oil system. Allen said he does not foresee an imminent return to negotiations with Iran.
