Afghan woman deported in first-ever "Alien Terrorist" court case, DOJ says

The Justice Department announced the deportation of Nazira Haji Zada, who was the first individual before the federal Alien Terrorist Removal Court. Chief Judge Joan Ericksen ordered Zada's removal based on classified information establishing her designation as an alien terrorist.
