ABC argues that early license review by FCC is ‘retaliation’ for network’s coverage

ABC lawyers argued in a filing to the FCC that the network's expedited license renewal process for eight local stations is retaliation for its coverage. Conservative media groups had petitioned to deny ABC's license renewals.
