A illegal alien landlord REPEATEDLY RAPED a 15-YEAR-OLD in Louisville. Rolando Cenobio Vasquez, from Mexico, rented out a room to the child and her mother. He began abusing the child in December 2025 and threatened her and her mother to keep quiet. ICE has lodged a detainer for this rapist and is working with Kentucky authorities to ensure he is DEPORTED from our nation.
