$25 million reward offered for U.S.-born leader of powerful cartel

The U.S. Department of State announced a $25 million reward for information leading to the arrest of Juan Carlos González, the U.S.-born leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. González is the stepson of former cartel leader Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, also known as "El Mencho," who was apprehended last week.
